14th October: It’s Finally Happening! We are bringing an exclusive and actually One-time premier of the long-awaited Pakistani Movie “The Legend of Maula Jatt”. The movie is due to release globally on October 13th. And you can watch it on the 14th of October in Munich.
The movie is in the Punjabi language with English subtitles.
What’s so crucial about Maula Jatt?
Maula Jatt brings the “Gandasa”, a single-edged dagger at the end of a 2-foot long handle used in farming, back into the grip of an angry young man fighting for vengeance. The movies were primarily slasher/action movies inspired by characters of a short story written by famous poet Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi.
The movies are characterized by fighters wielding “Gandasa“, battling for vengeance, and drums celebrating those fights. What’s not to like about all these theatrics?
